Quality control is one of the processes, that supports production, aiming in detection of discrepant components before it will enter production process or shipment to customer. Effective quality control and repair of components have significant influence onto quality performance, number of complains and thus costs and picture in customer's eyes.
P-D-C-A offers assistance in effective and professional realisation of quality control. We make inspection of components at incoming, prior to production process to avoid potential probblems on finished goods, verification stations and complex final inspections (quality walls, GP12, CSL1, CSL2 etc.).
