• OEE – overall equipment effectiveness – how to obtain reliable data,

• MTBF, MTTR – process condition under control,

• Creation, initiation and preservation of efficient escalation channels in manufacturing company.

• Determination of process efficiency in accordance to theory of constrains (TOC),

• Data in process. Construction of KPI basis on demands of each production level.

Program may be changed as per individual customer’s requirements.
