• Process approach.
• Discussion and interpretation of IATF 16949:2016 requirements
• Presentation of examples, methods of requirement’s completion.
• Remind of auditing rules:
• Goals of audit and range of responsibilities
• Auditing – programs and procedures for audits
• Planning of audit activities
• Work methodology of internal auditor in automotive branch
• Techniques of audit’s examination
• Documentation of audit
• Conclusion of audit
• Definition of non-conformities and preparation of report.

Corrective actions:

• Analysis of causes of non-conformities
• Corrective and preventive actions
• Tasks of auditor’s team.

Workshops:

• Preparation of audit’s questionnaire
• Conducting of audit
• Interpretation of acquired during audit results and behaviours
• Preparation of audit’s report
