• Advantages gained from implementation of Environment Management System based on ISO 14001
• Rules of preliminary audit and assessment of compliance with applicable laws and others, which company have to fulfil (zero state audit). Analysis of activities and documents related with environment management in scope of fulfilment of law requirements, concerned with environment protection requirements of ISO 14001 norm.
• Evaluation of current status in field of environment management;
• Evaluation of compliance of activities with environmental law requirements;
• Description of SWOT analysis in relation to company’s activity in terms of environment protection (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats).
• Scope of ISO 14001 requirements and methodology of construction and implementation of Environment Management System in Company.
• Implementation of organizational changes necessary for efficient functioning of Environment Management System.
• Development and establishment of the Environmental Policy.

  Identification of environmental aspects, with determination of it significance
• Determination of environment aspects, as elements of company’s activity, products or services, which may have mutual influences with environment
• Determination of identified aspects significance – perform evaluation with use of confirmed methods and by this identification of major environment aspects.

  Determine environmental goals and tasks for major environment aspects and definition of realisation programs
• Documentation of environment management system.
  Development, analysis and verification of system documentation draft (procedures, instructions, forms) and implementation - consultation. Description of proceedings. Verification of relations included within specific documents.
• Staff training.
  Training in range of ISO 14001 requirements, impact onto environment, including hazards and methods of countermeasures. Purpose of training is to environmental increase among employees of Organisation.
