Training program:

  • DMAIC fact based methodology. Study of each project management phases:
    Define (Determine characteristic critical for quality. Ishikawa diagram, Pareto analysis, SIPOC);
    Measure (What process says about quality. Kind of data gathered from process. Process measurement methods. Process capability study. Descriptive statistics, , repeatability and reproducibility analysis, MSA);
    Analyse (Data analysis with use of statistical methods. Non-parametric tests, histogram, regression/variation/correlation analysis. Introduction to design of experiment [DOE]),
    Improve (Initiate actions aiming in elimination of problems. Planning of experiment, process capability card, Pareto analysis),
    Control. (Assure stability of solutions. Monitor changeability, process flow cards, statistical process control SPC, control plans, instructions)

  • What process says about quality. Kind of data gained from process.

  • What customer cares about? VOC and CTQ

  • Introduction to Minitab. Data processing and visualisation.
